Parents-Carers Do you worry about helping your child with their maths homework?
Then worry no more !
We also run small informal Maths courses "Mums, Coffee, Cakes and Maths" during the school day in Benfleet, Essex for parents/carers who want to be able to help their children with their Maths homework but find the whole subject too
Maths is taught so differently to how we used to learn it, with number bonds, bridging through 10 partitioning, chunking etc. What is this all about?
In small groups of up to 6 people, we chat through how Maths is taught today and help you to help your child. You can even bring your child's homework with you. The price is £10 per person per session. You can come to just one session or as many as you like. Please contact me for the next available session dates and times.
Ask A Maths Question
I also offer an "Ask A maths Question" service where, for a small fee, I will give GCSE maths model answers, explanations and demonstrations on video, to individual homework or coursework questions.
